Staying on brand

Mullis & Peake LLP Solicitors are a leading law firm covering East London and Essex. For the last seven years I have supported the marketing team to create and maintain a cohesive look to all of their materials, strengthening their brand. They now have a suite of literature, information sheets, event materials, advertising and a social media toolkit to better help communicate their values wherever they are seen.

Mullis & Peake have a range of areas of expertise. Each team has different marketing requirements. Having a strong foundation to the brand ensures all of the materials have a professional and consistent look across the company. Having such an in depth knowledge of the brand and all the assets to hand means that everything can be turned around efficiently and cost effectively.

Refreshing the brand

In 2025, it takes up to 20 different touch points for a consumer to engage, enquire or make a purchase. (prosper-ag.com) This means brands need to evolve and grow to compete in a fast changing environment. To coincide with the launch of a refreshed website, I'm developing and rolling out a new suite of materials. A bold new colour palette designed with accessibility in mind, alongside more legible fonts are helping give the new materials more personality. Approachable yet professional feel.

Developing a social media toolkit has helped make creating content a much smoother process. I have created an image library which covers all of the areas of expertise. This is updated regularly to help drive engagement. A series of post templates has been developed covering things like testimonials, staff spotlights and legal insights.

After nearly a year of using the social media toolkit we think it looks so much better and engagement is up so I am keen to expand this."
