Changing perceptions of working within the NHS
Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust was looking to recruit people for all kinds of different roles across their hospitals. The 'Be More' campaign was created to highlight that it's not just medically trained staff who can benefit from a rewarding career within the NHS. A series of ads ran throughout the borough, highlighting just some of the roles available to people from the local community from carpenters to administrators.
With the current job climate, the digital campaign focussed on attracting people who may never have considered a role within the NHS. Particularly those from the private sector with many transferable skills. Being part of the NHS family is more than just a job. It allows you to Be More.
