Guarding a brand
As the external brand guardian for all internal and customer communications for Openreach, this account covered a diverse range of materials and touch points.
Involved from its inception, I helped evolve the brand look and feel and develop the brand guidelines. I then implemented this on everything from signage to marketing materials, websites, staff engagement and advertising. The challenge on this account was to maintain a consistent corporate look across all materials whilst still allowing enough flexibility to vary the tone of voice for different audiences.
Taking corporate social responsibility seriously
As part of their commitment to corporate social responsibility, Openreach actively supports a children's charity. 'Openreach Ollie' was created to be the face of this area of the business. From initial sketches created by an illustrator, the project included character development, illustration, literature, digital and game design.
