Super charging recruitment for an NHS Trust
NHS Croydon are looking to attract more school nurses and health visitors to their borough through a comprehensive recruitment drive.
Croydon NHS Trust is a major employer for the area and has ambitious plans to transform care and services for the borough. In order to do this it needs to attract more staff. People with a broad range of skills and life experiences that they can bring to the role. The desire to make a big difference to the children and families of Croydon and the passion to make it happen.
Croydon is a vibrant and diverse borough to live and work in. And it attracts an amazing mix of people who bring with them all kinds of skills and life experiences. Creative thinkers, meticulous organisers, motivators, multi-taskers... we like to think of them as super powers.
The 'Bring us your super power' campaign has been running throughout the borough at bus stops, tram stops and billboards. Press ads and an extensive PPC campaign have also helped ensure maximum coverage. And best of all, it features real people. Those already using their super powers every day to make a difference.
To support the outdoor media and print campaign, a brochure and microsite have been developed to provide more information and enable people to take the next step in their career.
